Francis 'Frank' Frederick Inglis

Head of RAF Intelligence Staff reporting to Churchill during the 1939-45 War.
In 1942 he was sent to America by Churchill, where he successfully persuaded President Roosevelt to direct the American war effort against Germany rather than Japan against the wishes of Roosevelt's advisors.
